The weekend of December 10/11th will see 40 Christmas Trees placed in the centre of Carlisle as part of the Christmas celebrations. Each tree is sponsored and decorated by a company or organisation, following the initial display they will be moved to Carlisle Cathedral to form a walkway until January 3rd. The public will be encouraged to view the trees and vote for their favourite.
The money raised by the sponsorship of the trees and their subsequent sale will go to Eden Valley Hospice. Eden Valley Hospice provides care for adults with life limiting illnesses from North Cumbria.
Warwick Mill are sponsoring one of the trees with a “Twelve Days of Christmas” theme.
As we have a base at Warwick Mill we agreed to sponsor 4 baubles on the tree. We work with Tech 4, Carlisle who are specialist suppliers of photocopiers, printers including 3D printers. They agreed to 3D print special baubles free of charge on our behalf as it is for such a great cause, Eden Valley Hospice are trying to raise £45,000.
